The Story
I wrote this document mainly for myself, because I’m an amateur user of the
nice LTspice software. In the past I always fail with the transformer simulation
and was not sure how good the tube models are, which I found on the web.
I assume the readers are familiar with LTspice. This manual is a supplement
on how simulate tube amplifiers with LTspice.
Only amplifiers calculated after the physical laws, well soldered,
professional analysed and at the end tested with the human ears,
so you get an audiophile tube amplifier.

MC Transformer SUT

The Story
At the European Triode Festival 2013 in Berlin we made a small MC-Transformer
listening shoot out. To my surprise, it was easy to hear a difference from
one to the other SUT. Later I thought it should be possible to see also differences
when measuring them. But it took me some time, to get professional
measuring equipment, the know-how of friends and a lot of time to get results.
So I hope  I can help the DIY’s to get the desired SUT for listening.
